Before I post any more photos, I want to boast about the safari company that I traveled with....Park East Africa, a small family business, run by Jubilant and Rose Wera, and Emmanuel J. Wera, their son. They are the sweetest nicest people I have met in a long, long time!!! They are giving and loving, while being very professional. The operation is overseen by family only, and honestly, I don't know why I would ever travel with another company!!! We are planning on a May safari, 8 days, either starting the 5th of May, or the 15th, whichever date suits the most people. The price is very, very reasonable, and I will go also. If anyone is interested, please inbox me and I will get you all the particulars. Many of you know I have been to Tanzania more than once...hahaha, and if seeing my photos doesn't convince you that it's pure magic then I don't know what will. Park East Africa will be my safari company from now on...and that should mean something to you....Thanks so much Jubilant, Rose, Emmanuel, my guide/driver Julius, and our wonderful cook Bryson!!!!
Dear Scott, I highly recommend Park East Africa as your safari company. Jubilant and his wife Rose and their son Emanuel run a very efficient operation. Their drivers are courteous and safe and very knowledgeable about the fauna and flora of the various parks you will be visiting, as well as the culture of Tanzania and its people. All details for your trip will be planned meticulously. I have traveled to Tanzania extensively with students and have had an amazing experience each time. All our trips (about 7-8 of them which included visits to Serengeti and Gnorongoro, Arusha Park, Gombe, Tarangire, Ruaha; including an amazing climb to Mt Kilimanjaro) were planned, organized and executed with professionalism and special attention. During these trips we have had a number of unavoidable challenges, such as airline ticketing issues, minor student illnesses, etc, and each time Jubilant and his caring family were there to find solutions and make everything work smoothly for us. On a personal level, Jubilant and his family have become dear friends. They are caring, warm, very ethical people.
Dear Mr. Wera On reaching home full of the most splendid memories of Tanzania and the worm welcome we received there; the climbing of Kilimanjaro will always be a treasured memory for us. I would like to congratulate you four your united and progressive splendid family. My wife and daughter thank you warmly for the lovely trays, and I feel reassured looking at my wonderful walking stick. Looking forward to your visit in Argentina and wishing you the best four your family and country, sincerely yours,
Jubilant, I wanted to say thank you..... thank you for EVERYTHING that you and your dear wife Rose did for us! You are a wonderful man and I am glad that I got to meet you.... I am looking forward to doing things through you in the future! God Bless, Dave.... also I will be getting ahold of your daughter so Becky and I can get the things to her....
Habari Wera Family, We arrived home safely on Tuesday evening. We didn't have any problems the flights were good, just long. After taking medication my upset stomach got better and I didn't get sick anymore. We had a very productive trip and got a lot accomplished. There is a lot more work to do and I am hopeful the committee will be successful. Thanks for a wonderful trip and I am sure we will return we just don't know when. We really appreciate all that you did to make our stay pleasant. Thanks for your hospitality. Norma and Floyd King
The most incredible trip of my life. Saw everything there is to see (with the small exception of a leopard). Parks Visited: Ngorongoro, Serengeti, Lake Manyara, Tarangire We used Parks East Africa. I highly suggest them so if you want to go, just ask me for more details. I'd be happy to help out.
